Default Burlingame to Financial District
Can anyone give me an accurate estimate of drive time from Burlingame to the financial district in morning traffic?

I think 30 minutes with traffic is about right.. take 101 to 280 to King, hang a left on 2nd St. However when there is a ballgame they sometimes shut King down, and I understand the Harrison on-ramp to 101 S is a pretty bad bottleneck.
