Cazadero - Does it Have a Meth Problem?
I like the Russian River area and I'm considering some places in Cazadero (one is near Austin Creek). The population is apparently only around 2000, but there seems to be alot of real estate for sale. Are people leaving for some reason? For instance, are there plans to build a giant highway or an ugly development there? I've heard meth can be a problem along the Russian River and I'm curious if that's true for Cazadero. I don't want to risk moving in next to a meth lab or a pot farm.
FYI, I've already checked out Guerneville, Monte Rio, and Forestville.
