I actually have very good friends in Orlando, Asian Male (Vietnamese) and White female (German) . They live in Baldwin Park, 3 beautiful bi-racial kids and I never hear of any issues. Orlando isn't that conservative either...

Unfortunately I have to disagree with this point. While I never experienced racism in the sense of people telling me to go back where I came from (this happened in New Jersey). There is racism, it's just a bit more subtle.

All I know is that I had more dates in my first 3 months in the Bay Area, women actually talking to me and being receptive to me; than I had in 4 years in Orlando. No exaggeration. Maybe it's not being conservative, but I don't know what it is. I can only assume it's because women are more used to seeing Asians in the Bay Area than in Orlando.
