Default Any mobile home parks in bay area that let you sub-lease/rent your home?

I was wondering if there are any mobile home parks in the bay area that allow you to sub-lease or rent your mobile home to others.

The one I currently live in does not allow that. That kind of sucks if you want or need to keep the house. Either sell or live in it. Can't rent and leaving it unoccupied doesn't work either.

Well, looks like it really isn't possible, at least in California, with the laws, according to these:

The Injustice in California Mobilehome Residency Law 2009 - Associated Content - associatedcontent.com

California Mobilehome Residency Law 2009 Review | Rip-off Report #442875

That's a shame.
