I see, thanks for info. I found couple of units on sale over the internet and trying to get a hold of agents. Wold like to know what the defect is about. If minor and does not involve serious hazard or chronic condition, I probly wont care. I saw the nearby construction, it would not bother me. However I walked around the building and was quite impressed about the other side of building. On the hind side they got huge open space with small park with children playground and nearby complexes.
If it is in litigation, I wonder if the units being sold will be cash-only just it does for 1550 tech drive.
