open balcony apartment

I signed up with a mission peak apartment beculause of units its top floors had balcony with no roof. However week before move in date has tirned really bad becaise of ****hole management treatment so i got no appetite. I was wondering if there is other choice with balcony with no roof on its top floor. i really liked the place but really the **** treatment is seems like predicament for a hell time at the life there if i move in. Thx.
