What's the name of the South San Jose neighborhood shown on the photo below? Can anyone recognize it?

That's the photo:

I'll be really grateful for your help. Thanks in advance.

That's not South San Jose, that is is Evergreen in the southeast part of San Jose. (I'll leave it up to debate on whether or not Evergreen is part of the East Side, mostly cause of the differing affluence, education, and culture)

Agreed. Looks like Evergreen to me as well. Maybe close to Evergreen Valley High School.

Here's another vote for somewhere in Evergreen. It's hard to tell what neighborhood exactly though. It's somewhere up against the foothills.

Maybe somewhere around here:

The lightposts look the same to me - not sure if they can uniquely identify the neighborhood though.

My guess is Tuscany Circle:

https://maps.google.com/?ll=37.30521...2,4.06,,0,2.92

The building in the background seems to be a place called "The Point Church" under construction, Google Maps, refers to the neighborhood as Evergreen.

The houses in Silver Creek are much larger than the ones shown in the picture, so it's not Silver Creek.
