If you know well about San Jose then can you give the idea about idle business in San Jose. Yes, In San Jose there is a number of business is currently running but what is the idle business for this particular city? Give an idea about this.

I am going to take a swag that you mean the 'ideal' business, we already have a lot of idle people here :-)

Its really like saying what is the weather going to be like on July 7th 2014 at 3pm in Paris. Who knows? and if we did then a lot of people would be doing it.

Not really an ideal business. Yes, the economy, from a $ standpoint, is dominated by tech and, more to the point, coding. But, all those coders at Google, Cisco, Oracle, Facebook, etc., need groceries, food, carpet cleaners, dog walkers, accountants, lawyers, technical writers, and so on. The ideal business is the one which you can succeed at, and depends entirely on the person and the context in which (and when) they live.
