Avalon at Pruneyard?

Ever heard of this place? What are your thoughts on the place? Would you recommend moving there? Rent for the 1 bedroom is $1350

Avalon at Pruneyard
225 Union Drive
Campbell, CA 95008

The $1350 is actually at the top of my budget for next year's rent. I can't afford to pay anymore than that.

Any places you'd recommend in that area (near the Pruneyard Hotel, or accessible via public transportation)?
