I'm sure some of you have watched this show. One of the episodes featured a San Jose taco truck, but they didn't say where it parks during service hours, other than to say "near 101 & 880", which is useless. Anybody know exactly there it is?

I use to see taco trucks parked by brokaw rd. and north first st. that's very close to 880/101 you might want to try looking for it there.

Aren't there a million taco trucks swarming every industrial complex at lunch time?

Yes, there are, but how many get featured on Food Network? Anyway, I found the answer to my question: Los Tapatios, 1141 Old Bayshore Highway, San Jose

They're frequently called that in San Jose, too, though the good ones don't actually have roaches (unless you ask politely).
