Sedona Lane is charging $1325.00 for a 1 bedroom. Is that too much? What do you think of the place? (San Jose: apartments)

I'm looking into the Sedona Lane apartments (3507 S Bascom ave, Campbell, CA), and I'm wondering what the general concensus is on the place. Anyone ever checked the place out. Anyone ever lived there? Is it good? Are there better places for the money. Is it worth the $1325/mo price tag on the 1 bedroom?

Any recommendations?

I live near 280/Saratoga Ave about 1 exit north of Campbell, I'm paying 1750 for 1bdr, but its "Archstone" and it was originally 2m lease... From what I remember when I was looking 6 months ago, 1300-1400 is a normal range, most likely anything cheaper would be a dump.

BTW, if anyone planning on moving into "Archstone San Jose" apartments, please just find other place to waste your money on, apart from no long term lease requirements (but rent goes up with lower lease terms, etc.) this place is horrible.

I hear you Crock.. the Archstone up here charges $1800 for a 1-bedroom which is WAY too high for San Bruno, much less the place where they put it.

$1325 for a location like that, close to Cambrian Park, is acceptable. However, you should be aware that Bascom is a super super busy road, and this is practically right off the 85 offramp. You'll have to contend with thousands of people descending upon the Pruneyard every weekend.
