FWD.us, the tech magnates' own personal lobbying group, has this as their icon for their Silicon Valley chapter:

Anyone have any idea what those buildings are supposed to be?

The work of an underpaid intern who just didn't care? That's the best I've got. To be fair, the south bay's skyline is determined by the airport. No iconic big structures, like the TransAmerica Pyramid or the GG bridge.

Yeah, but that weird "clock tower" looking thing sort of looks like the Knight Ridder building.

It's looking to the east towards the foothills.. reminds me a little bit of the view you get looking from the Guadalupe Parkway. I don't think there are any buildings that tall and narrow though with our height limits.

That graphic does not bear any resemblance to the actual skyline of San Jose. I believe there are two implied elements present:

a) the overall shape and rendering resemble a fetus in cutaway view. Thus, the valley as a spawn under the nurture of the elite incubus.

b) the "clock face" resembles the all-seeing eye of the illuminati..a not so subtle reminder of the true nature of the FWD coven.

Such basic outlines have accurately represented the stubby skyline before, usually with the Fairmont and Bank of Italy buildings with maybe the Children's Discovery Museum in the foreground. I recall the downtown storage facility under 280, between 10th and 11th, has something like that.

This, on the other hand, seems lost.

Given that the logo is for the Silicon Valley chapter, I suppose it's possible not all building gas are in San Jose?

The clock tower one looks a bit like the San Jose Museum of Art... From certain angles.
