Wow only in San Jose I am surprised as what is the significance of doing it in San Jose? It is not a touristy city along the coast unlike San Francisco.

San Francisco isn't really a fast food haven. I suspect too the clientele in San Jose in different than you'd find in SF.

I would like to know where they are going to source all of the crab meat. Just placing that item on the menu at half of their stores would have a significant impact on the amount of crab that needs to be harvested.
