I am looking to rent a place in San Jose / Santa Clara area.
I just accidentally came across this condos section in www.apartments.com and seems like they are much much cheaper than regular apartments.

2 Bed 2 Bath Condo for $1300

And many more like these.

I was just wondering what's the catch here ?? why are these condos so cheap in rent even in bay area ?
