tesla has been long a darling of forward thinking individuals for advanced techs, renewables despite all the negativism but latest news that factory is a hot bed of racism might be hardest blow. Not in terms of profit and revenues but in terms of trust and prestige. As for the company like tesla, the latter carries it forward despite the lack of former. Secondly remember getting medal of honor from war does not earn one a credit to kill anyone at home, you still go to prison for that.

Well, Tesla has always been a pretty high stress place to work. Long hours, poor work life balance. Kind of a reflection of the intensity of Musk. They've had some issues of high rates of workplace accidents because of the aggressive scheduling.
