Default Moving child to a school from another district

Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to take the kids to a school from a different district? For example, I work in Mountain View but live in San Jose, and I would like to know if I can take my kids to school in Mountain View. I appreciate your help.

Thanks a lot!

It usually doesn't work that way, or everyone who worked in Palo Alto would send their kids there and crowd out the residents!
