Someone mentioned, I think earlier on the thread, San Jose is stroller land (especially, immigrant stroller land). SF is more of a version of what Alvin Toffler described as a "youth ghetto" albeit one with a slightly older demographic than a true youth ghetto ala Westwood, Isla Vista, et al. If one is more into work and having a family, SJ is the better bet. If one is more bohemian SF is the better bet. We can all get along ... !  |

If we're a "sorry sitcom", SF would be a short-lived reality show...oh, wait, that's been done  . You guys can have that drama all day. We've got some livin' to do down here.

It has been pretty gloomy in Evergreen too. I love it, reminds me of the cool damp summers in San Francisco. |
