Default senior communities near San Jose?

Because of health issues we need to move from San Diego to the San Jose area to be closer to family for needed support. But we understand the $$ issues of San Jose. We are interested in a senior mobilehome park or manufactured home park. Are there any near San Jose area where you can buy the land as well as the home? Thank you for any input you can give.

Default senior communities

I know there is a very nice community in the Evergreen area-Seniors only. It is surrounded by lush green hills and very well kept up. Gated w/security officer full time. There is also a mobil home park for seniors only approx. 4-5 miles from Evergreen. Located on Blossome Hill Road. It's called "Magic Sands". Seniors only. Good luck with your move.
