On a positive note, the weather is GREAT. I would say it is close to perfect. And you are close to a lot of really nice places - Santa Cruz, Napa, San Francisco, etc.

KY4444 I agree with you. The way of life here is very go, go, go. People always seem to need to be "doing" something or driving an hour to "go" somewhere. Many people around here don't know how to be still or know how to just hang out without spending money on entertainment. People who don't live that way are usually immigrants whose lives revolve around family and extended family.
