Default Bad spots in Seaside and Marina, Ca. ???

I'm looking for a place to rent in Seaside or Marina, Ca. Could you tell me what areas to avoid that are high on crime?

You may wanna post this on the general California forum since this is the San Jose forum. Also, there's a thread there now titled, "Watsonville, Prunedale, Hollister to Monterey" .... and it has some info about Seaside and Marina on one of the posts.

Will you be working there? I would look a little North personally, but it depends on commute and what you're looking for
