Exclamation Williams Street neighborhood?

i was wondering if this area was considered bad or not, its a little late sense i already moved in, but there are nice homes around but then alot of apartments too. thnks for info

You mean Williams Rd, or William St? William St is close to San Jose State, and varies from sketchy to pretty nice as you go east of 11th. Williams Rd is in far west San Jose bordering Cupertino, there are a lot of nice houses. Apartment buildings range from decent to mildly dumpy.

It's a decent area. It's nicer west of San Tomas.
