Default From PA to CA what are some good areas?

I'm planning on relocating after graduation and am looking for some nice, affordable areas around San Jose. My income will be about $75,000 and was hoping for a laid back location that isn't too removed. I have no idea where to begin!! Any advice would be wonderful!

Default Affordable Areas

Thats a good question. The bay area has been touted as one of the most expensive places to live. However, there are some areas that are more affordable than others. Depending on where you work specifically, I would consider San Jose areas such as Blossom Valley, Willow Glen, and Midtown or even Downtown San Jose, and the Cambrian area.

Out side of San Jose there is Santa Clara and Cambpell. If you want to search properties in those areas feel free to veiw homes at:
