Question Buying SFH - Milpitas, Berryessa or Evergreen?? Advice Appreciated

Hi,

Asian Couple with infant looking for a SFH (< 700K) -
SFH Criteria:
-------------
Home Age < 20yrs
Good Schools
Parks/Recreation
Easy Commute to Downtown San Jose

I am really confused between choosing Evergreen, Milpitas or Berryessa

Any suggestions appreciated!

I'll give you the pluses and minuses of each.

Evergreen:

+ Parks & activities (Raging Waters, Lake Cunningham Park, golf, bicycle trails)
+ Lots of newer homes
- Arduous 35-minute commute to downtown
- School quality varies sharply

Berryessa:

+ Shorter commute
+ Mostly very good schools
- Older SFR's in your price range, a lot of newer stock is townhouses
- Further to outdoor activities

Milpitas:

+ Affordable SFR's
+ Strong schools
- Lousy commute
- Weak recreational possibilities, poor climate quality due to proximity to Zanker Rd. dump
