SFH in Milpitas/ San Jose
Without trying to start a buy now/ wait thread, I'm simply curious about the number of homes for sale in Milpitas, Berryessa, Fremont areas.
Ideally, we'll be able to find a place in Milpitas for the commute. However, there are almost no homes available from 500k- 600k. There have been several options in San Jose near Landess. Fremont hasn't seen the same drop in prices as San Jose or Milpitas.
So, I guess I was wondering if anyone had any opinions about ...
Where is the Milpitas SFH inventory?
Why haven't Fremont (Warm Springs) SFH prices dropped much?
