What's your workout routine like?
Just wondering what kind of workout routine everyone here follows....I'm focussing on cardiovasculars and began with a 30min trot on the treadmill...of late I've been going for a quickish 5 lapper(2000 metres) that takes roughly 12min and burns around 130 cals.
Heartrate for the entire workout varies between 60 to 80% of Max Heart rate.
Would be happy to know how the experienced and fitter folks work out.

12oz curls, occasional channel-surfing exercises. Walk to corner store for restock and cardio.

funny replies so far LOL .... but on a serious note, i suggest you first flex, then walk for 3 mins to warm up before you start jogging at 3 mile per hour on the treadmill....every 5 mins, up the speed to 5.5 and run for 2 mins, then repeat the jogging again........most important thing though, if you want to lose weight, make absolutely sure that you sweat and sweat a lot

LOL! Pretty funny replies
What I'm looking for are some measurables....like X minutes of Activity Y helped me lose Z calories in S days. You get the idea.
I initially started out on a non-stop jog for 30min and just didnt break into any kind of sweat for the first 25min. Thought it was way too simple and now I'm doing a mix of hard running and strolling.
THe motivation is actually from a friend who lowered his resting heartbeat from 70 to 45 beats/sec in 3 months. That's more like a measurable goal

I give my index finger a work out by popping the tabs on the beer cans.
Then I work on the elbow by getting the can to my mouth.
Then I do pushups with a soft female body under me and at the same time improve toe strength by curling them and improve lung capacity by breathing hard.
Then the wife gives my back a rub down with BenGay.

I like to go up to the santa cruz mountains or the hills to the east to go running a few times a week other than that I find myself using the exercise bike while I work on my laptop since I've been busy lately with work and school stuff.
