Will you really live there, or, do you simply need the address?

You should be aware that many of Cupertino's schools are severely impacted and you will have little chance of getting into your first choice if you're just moving there now. For example, Faria, which has a perfect 1000 API, accepts only 15% of its approx. 400 applicants a year.
As I understand it, the nicer apartments in Cupertino are almost all on or near Stevens Creek Blvd.

Most of the reviews are so bad or extremely good that i started doubting whether they are from real people living there.
I thought this forum will give a balanced opinion.
Thanks

I don't know. The people who live in apartments in Cupertino are typically high-income, but transient Asians. There isn't anywhere in the town that you'll have problems with crime or dirtiness. If you're asking for a place that we can recommend you sign on with sight unseen, there's no way I can do that in good conscience.

I heard that some people use their relative or friends's house addresses in Cupertino to send their kids to Cupertino. Is that true? How current Cupertino school handles it?

Definitely reviews are not everything when taken at face value. But here's an insight : People who have had a terrible experience are likely to post a review. Those who had no issues with the apartment would not bother to post a review. You might want to see how the reviews are spaced : too many bad reviews within a short window would definitely mean there are going to be issues
