Default East Northside Area

What's the East Northside area of San Jose like?

It's roughly between N. 12th & N. 22 and E. Hedding & E. Julian.

Is it relatively safe? Are grocery stores and shops in the neighborhood? What are traffic and parking like?

Thanks in advance for any opinions.

It's pretty much all houses with no stores nearby. But it's not a bad area, fairly similar to Naglee Park in spots. Some corners of the neighborhood are industrial and so can be kinda noisy with trucks.

Uh, there are stores on almost every corner. It's mixed single-family and small apartment buildings.
