Default rented a room

So, I rent this room from thia lady named Kelly. The room is a 8x8 prison cell or close to it. The agreemet? $400/mo including utilities. That was it. So mentiones I like to paint the room a brighter color, she sais no problewm. Going into 11 says, out of the blue she decides this is not working. I was like WTF? Nothing to so qith the painting, just she changed her mind. She and her bf were going thru the old breaking up then not breakingup. I just minded my own business. So I find a place finally and am in the process of moving. The very first day I moved in I dinged her trailer car port thing. This is a single size mobile home. I didnt think it was anything to be honest, and at the time nor did she. so today, she slips a post it under my door saying I have to pay 86.73 plus tax. Ok I have no deposits at risk as I never had any. I dont think I have to pay the amount as I am not sure some of the damage was not already there. She is an od bird and the fact that after 11 days should give you an idea. So do I pay or not? I always stayed in my room, never cooked, and cleaned up after my self in the bathroom. I even bought tp for the two of us. What say u?

If you're giving us all the facts (and people do have a way of only telling 1/2 a story) then I don't think I'd pay.

FYI, when you rent a room, you should really have a conversation about your general lifestyle and the expectations of both parties. It doesn't sound like you had that conversation with this lady.
