Default Where are the best Christmas displays in Willow Glen?

Growing up, I always remember it being very easy to drive through Willow Glen's neighborhoods and be able to find lots of great Christmas displays. What's happened over the last few years? Last year, I drove my wife (who grew up in Fremont) all around WG to show off the lights to her and there were barely any! It seems that every year there are less and less.

I live in Newark now and I haven't made it over to WG yet this year, but plan to be in the area this Saturday. Anyways, does anybody know if there are still any great displays? Are there still neighborhoods where the entire street is lit up and people have the decorated Christmas trees in their front yards? Have I somehow just been missing these streets?

And while we're on the topic, maybe people could post on here where the best Holiday displays are in the Bay Area- specifically the South/East Bay. I'll start with a couple small ones...In Fremont there are two courts (Espada Ct. and Zacate Pl.) that have homes that are designed to look like Victorian-era homes. All the homeowners always put up really good displays and this year is no different. The courts are located off Mission Blvd. and Morrison Canyon Rd. Another popular display in Fremont is located off Nicolet Ave., heading west off Fremont Blvd. There are some courts that are always heavily decorated (Cripps Place, Wellington Place, etc.).

Where are some of your favorite neighborhood displays?

A rather deep, prolonged recession.
