Default How Many Houses in Foreclosure?
Does anyone know how many houses are in forclosure there now? Are the prices still way out of control or are they starting to correct themselves?

Quite a few in foreclosure. Not nearly as many as other places. Home prices are no where near where they should be. The suburb I live in is still having multiple offers of up to $100K OVER asking price. I live in Cupertino, I guess the more affluent area.
