That area is easy to get to from Milpitas, Santa Clara, or Campbell in addition to San Jose.. rents are high in the whole area, not just Santa Clara. What is your budget?

True. it is an easy to get to location from many areas.

To the OP, what are you looking for in an area you live at? Are you just looking for cheap/safe? Or are you also trying to get a feel for the area, since you may move here with your family? I think Santa Clara would be a good overall bet for a family man.

Okay, then why don't you start by looking at housing right around 100 Headquarters Drive San Jose, CA 95134 and then branch out from there if you HAVE TO.

I went to that company to pick up some stuff just 20 mins ago. Look around in Milpitas, rent is way cheaper than Santa Clara.
