New to Santa Fe area - Need social contacts! (Espanola: living, night scene)

Hello.
I'm new to the Santa Fe area. I actually live in Espanola, but I go to Santa Fe regularly, and there is NO social scene in Espanola. I've been here about a year.
I'm a 24 year old single female. I teach 9th grade English for a living.
I'm just looking for people to meet and go out with. I know nothing of the night scene in Santa Fe, and I'm not a crazy party girl. But I would like to go out on Fridays and Saturdays and meet people!

I'm an old married lady too, but wanted to suggest that you take a class on something you're interested in (pottery? painting? Spanish?) here in SF. You'll probably meet some people that way... at least I know I did when I was in my 20s and single. Or, come down in the early evenings for the music on the Plaza and just hang out and smile at people. You'd be surprised how many friendly strangers there are. Even if the people you meet are a bit older, they'll know of other 20 somethings who might be fun.
