This is like a new adventure learning of the area.
Moving to Santa Fe with an interest in a lively downtown area, you woul turn on the spigots, flush the toilet and pay your bills like most everybody.

You would be subject to restrictions because this is a place where it just doesn't rain that much. The restrictions, however, should not be too onerous because the citizens of Santa Fe City and County have mostly switched to xeric landscape and other water conservation measures. In addition, the jurisdictions have invested in the purchase of water rights so that we can rest and replenish the acquifer, and builders can't build unless they can purchase the water rights.

They're not into Lowriders anymore? Lame.

Maybe batteries have become too expensive.

Are they more into big rims now?

(side note: no... the photo is probably not an Espanola ride... it's flickr stock)

Ya there are lowriders, but you will hardly see them anymore , plus the crime rate under mayor maestas has gone down 30% and there are now 10 more police officers
