P.S. Looking for the Real Estate Board, Chairman/Pres. Can anyone help?

It is a buyer's market. I would hope this might change around February-March, but who knows with the economy the way it is.

Like Vinegaroon says, it's pretty much a buyer's market - but depending on neighborhood, seller's are either firm or soft on their price. In some areas there is still price appreciation, but in the majority of cases prices are lower. We're a whole lot better here than in most other parts of the country in terms of low numbers of foreclosures and short sales.
