Lightbulb Christmas lights.
Is there any place in the city all decorated with Christmas lights? Like a park or something?

The plaza is always decorated with lights. The Canyon Rd/Acequia Madre area has tons of farolitos and is very beautiful. Christmas Eve there is a tour and many people open their homes with hot cider, hot chocolate, coffee and biscochitos. Wonderful!
