Racial Tension in Santa Fe / Taos Area?
Is there much Anti-European / Anti-White sentiment in Santa Fe or Taos area? Just curious whether I'll stick out like a sore thumb or not be hired for my melotonin-less-ness.

If there is any such prejudice, I have never encountered it.

It exists, but not anymore than in any other non-homogeneous community. How you choose to deal with it will largely determine how it personally affects you.

I've lived in SF most of my life and there is little to no prejudice against whites. When I was a kid, there was. The city was mostly Hispanic. Now Hispanics are in the minority. It is pretty much a 50/50 split.

I'm confused Loborick....are Hispanics in the minority, or is it 50/50?

Hispanics 47.8%, Anglos 47.1%. I just pulled that off Santa Fe's community profile page.

DOUBLE H clarified:
> Hispanics 47.8%, Anglos 47.1%.
That "is pretty much a 50/50 split."
Technically, they're both "minorities" by the current media definition.
