Just a quick search led me to this old article, which of course, after you read it there sure seems to be numerous issues at law going on here.

I tried asking an equine specific forum, but all was silent there, as well! I know there are some big events in SF, but maybe they will move down to ABQ. What about the SF Grand Prix, tho!

Have you tried the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, The Secretary of State - Division of Corporations, Bureau of Land Management, County Commissioners Office etc. to find out more on this topic?
Meanwhile, a friend of mine who also happens to be a fantastic silver/goldsmith and displays his Western buckles and Ranger tip-sets at the James Reid Gallery in Santa Fe James Reid, Ltd. contact information, is also a Polo Player. Richard Stump is his name and surely he will know what's going on with the SF Horse Park.

The last two weekends the Pumpkin Fest was held there. Michael Franti and Spearhead performed the first Saturday of the Fest.
