There are usually eight cars parked around the driveway/neighborhood. They throw trash (yes, TRASH) in her yard. Their front yard is full of weeds and more trash. They moved in after my daughter and her boyfriend bought the house or they'd never have purchased. It's a shame.
My only suggestion is to drive around an area and return to it 2 or 3 times during the evening and on the weekend. A prospective homeowner might also want to knock on a few doors and talk to the neighbors.

Your story about the Mexicans can be applied just as easily to low class rednecks. (believe me, I know!) If a community doesn't have deed restrictions or require a rental application & background check, the situation you describe can happen anywhere.

Oh gee did I ever goof up. Just Nancy thanks, so much for your kind reply to my comment. I did make an editing error on my post in that I know some one in this situation, not my self. Big House, my editing error or the reason for it, is just as you said, don't put someone in danger, I owe you a 12X of jungling if we ever meet. I was attempting to make a, perhaps too toungue in cheek, point about the silliness of the RE rules where one can ask for a Spanish speaking community as a positive rather than negative point. WHEN i WAS YOUNG i WAS SO OPEN MINDED THAT MY BRAINS FELL OUT. Guess in this P.C. age it is hard to talk about anything but the weather, which you can't do anything about anyway. Did not mean to offend anyone , nor hijack the thread.
