I have shoveled 3 times in the last 2 days and I don't even want to know what the wind chill is. If this effin house doesn't sell soon I just may give it away.

It might feel like a country, but it's really just a state!

I ended up renting mine out in Baltimore. It covers most of the mortgage payment, and got me the hell outta Dodge.

That's what we have decided to do. It's not even worth putting ours on the market right now, and life's too short to not be where you want to be!

As long as we can cover about half of the mortgage we can get by just fine.

OOPS!!!
Well, Key West did secede years ago and form their own Republic. Does that count?

DH is in Bradenton and was whining at me on the phone yesterday about how cold it is down there. This is what it was doing here yesterday...

You know it is coming down hard when it accumulates on the dog!

I am getting almost 75%, which isn't ideal, but which is fine with me, in that I get to live where I want, and I am slowly accumulating at least SOME equity, so I might get out in the foreseeable future.

And once I do, I will feel like a wealthy man.
