Hello, we are planning to invest in a property in Sarasota ( 2 bed.2bath) and have found three options that we like:
1. 3536 Pinecrest st.
2. 3504 Beneva RD
3. 3709 S. School Ave.

All three are more or less in the same price range and look good. But we wanted to know which of the three would be considered in a better location to be offered for rent please. thank you for any advice!

Be sure to check the condo docs to see what the rental restrictions are. Some will allow seasonal, others annual. Some will do background checks on your tenants. Check to see if there is a rental history in the development so you can ascertain if it will be a good investment for a rental property. Also you can check with a property management company and they should be able to give you a good idea of preferable rental locations.

Pinecrest is on the corner of Pinecrest and Beneva. It is a short sale. Are you willing to wait on a short sale? They can take several months to get an answer. But often are a good deal.

Beneva is a main road in Sarasota. It is a handicapped accessible unit and is a normal sale.

S. School Ave is directly across the street from the mall. It also backs up to a Middle School. It is also a normal sale.

Have you actually been to these properties or are you looking online? Try using Google Maps to view the neighborhoods.
