Congrats on your move. It's been 3.5 years since we relocated to PC from Phx. Our guest room has seen steady traffic, as well. Already this year we have had 4 different friends/relatives in that room for a total of 19 days. Last night I picked up my 15 year old for a 20 day stay. July will bring our daughter and her fiance for a week, and the grand-twins for 3 weeks and my brother/sister in laws from Texas for a week. Yes...you will likely have a steady stream of visitors throughout the year. Enjoy!
