We are moving to the Bradenton (radius of 30 miles) area in July and are looking to rent. Our budget is up to $2500...but we would like to stay around $2000
We have 3 kids and would like a 4 bedroom, but 3 bedrooms plus a den or bonus room will work also. We are also hoping to get furnished or partially furnished, but not a necessity. A pool or community pool is a key feature!
I am looking at newspapers, Realtor sites and craigslist also....I just wanted to try this avenue too.

They have annual and vacation rentals. Right now they don't have anything listed that meets your criteria, but you could contact a rental agent and they will search for a property for you. Real estate agents in the area can also look up rental properties in the MLS.

We have 3 kids and would like a 4 bedroom, but 3 bedrooms plus a den or bonus room will work also. We are also hoping to get furnished or partially furnished, but not a necessity. A pool or community pool is a key feature! 
I am looking at newspapers, Realtor sites and craigslist also....I just wanted to try this avenue too.
