I received a quote from a moving company for 800sqft storage (temp controlled) for $245 a month. I was wondering if anyone know if it's a good price.

That's a little bit smaller than my current 3+ car garage (836SF, but I've gotten up to FIVE cars in it). I personally think that's a high price, but I do not know the area, as concerns storage rental prices, that well.
I'm renting a couple of places around here (1 stall in a garage @ $400/yr & a decent 2+ car garage just over the MI Line $480/year).
I am interested in the responses you get, because in as little as another month, Labor Day weekend, specifically, I'll be looking for a storage place to bring the first of my cars down there. Ideally, I'm looking for something a short cab/shuttle ride away from the Clearwater Airport.
Sue & I are going to need something decent to drive around in, if we're flying back and forth in the upcoming months...

We paid $120 a month for a non temp controlled space and it was a 10 x 20 in Port Charlotte at Extra Storage. So I think $245 for 800 sq ft temp controlled would be a good rate.
