I have not been there myself, but my parents are looking to move there and have been there numerous times. It seems like a great place to raise a family. My wife and I are actually going to visit there in a few weeks with possibility of moving for my job. LWR has plenty of parks, pool, fields, trails and more! It is voted one of the best master planned communities in the country

There are a number of websites that provide census data (presumably based on the 2010 census) for any place in the country. In fact, although I haven't checked lately, I think C-D is one of those websites. Looking at reliable statistical data is your best way to compare two or more areas as you determine your real estate "wants and needs". Speaking only in terms of whether it's a nice area to raise a family, I think most would say yes but everyone has their own set of factors that they use to decide these things. What factors are important for you?
