Good and bad comments appreciated, thank you all in advance, looking to build a lanai at the back, had the rep out today and they seem a decent company but you just never know....

They were sub-contracted by our pool builder for the pool cage. Had one problem (they wanted to half-a$$ a downspout on the supergutter and extend it across a walkway). I stopped them and said I wanted it done RIGHT. Their boss (the owner) told them on the phone "don't listen to him" and to continue on. I told the workers (hispanic) to STOP until it got figured out. Talking with the owner myself did nothing. I had to tell my pool contractor that I want their sub (Absolute Aluminum) off my property if they are not going to do the job properly. Needless to say, 15 minutes later they were back to work doing it correctly with NO added charge to me. Other than that, they did a good job.
