What can you local real estate people tell me about this community? I would be interested in knowing if there is anything for sale or perhaps lots available?
When you go to the Granada Park website there is zero information on it. I think it was supposed to be a new ubanist style place with "green" features, but it seems to have come to a halt. This place is a mystery to me

The 4 bedroom REO that sold for $276,000 was at 1737 McKenzie, so next door to the active listing at $999,000.

A homeowner can list a property at any price they wish, without regard to the current market prices.

You might contact the listing agent to ask why the list price is so much higher than recent sales, but if the homeowner's expectations are that far off from the comps, it is doubtful they are going to open to a reasonable offer on the property.
