The rainclouds are making dramatic sunsets. I walked the dog between showers yesterday. There was a rainbow across the street and this sunset at the end of the street:

For those that are "SO" sick of it raining, move. It's one variable you can't control. If you hate it that much, why are you here???

And therein lies the problem- some people will never be happy, period. Rain showers have little to do with it.

I don't mind the rain. As was mentioned it helps add to the tropical feel. However the one thing I don't like about it is when I have to drive in the rain. Much has already been mentioned on the Forum about poor drivers in the area - and wet rainy conditions just make driving more dangerous.

I love the rain, except when I have to drive in it. I love how green the grass looks just before, almost yellow....and after. I love that I don't have to water my plants. I love that it cools things off for an hour. I love to watch my son ride his bike through all the puddles. And my birds love taking showers in it (they're in an aviary that's open on one section. They always fly over and sit in the rain!)

I love to sit on the lanai when it's raining. Bring it on.

Doing that this evening. My 3yr old fell asleep in the patio chair watching the rain fall on the pool :-)
