Good curb appeal, they do keep the complex maintained. Condo fees are high compared to other similar communities. That does have an impact on buyers looking at this complex vs other options. Community has healthy reserves, which is something you always want to check before making an offer on a condo. Location is near the IMG tennis academy and a fairly short drive to area beaches on Anna Maria Island.
