We have been following this forum for a year and finally made the trip here.
We have been working with a realtor that is well known to this board and are very very happy with him/her. In just a few days we found what we hope is our new home in Venice. (As soon as we sell our current home
)
Now the big question for this forum. What is known about PARK ESTATES in Venice. I don't mean to suggest at all that our realtor would steer us wrong, and I hope this question to the forum does not insult him/her, but I do know that this board is a great source of information. And I would like to have all the information possible. (Even though opinions are worth what you pay for them
)
So, is there anything we should know about PARK ESTATES area of Venice?
