Please help. I need local knowledge to find a Mobile Home/Manufactured Home Community in the Bradenton area.

Would like a no age restriction park that allows pets without size restrictions (My black lab is way over 25 lbs). Would also prefer to purchase land share in the community and pay the lower Assoc fee. Looking to spend about $60K

Can anyone point me to a particular name of community that meets these requirements? I have been online for months now and cannot find what I am looking for. I am not 'committed' to Bradenton...just like what I have read about it. (Like Dunedin area too) Actually anything north or south of Tampa is ok, just do not want to be in Tampa or in Clearwater....

Any input is appreciated...We are planning our move next year.

Hmmm...there's a bunch of trailer parks on 41 between 63rd & State Road 70. I'd google "Bradenton trailer parks" for starters. I g'd & came up with tons of info....

Why Bradenton? Just curious!

OOOhhhh.. that face scares me!! May be Bradenton is not so good....eeh?

I have looked at a ton of mobile home communities online, but it seems like they are all 55 + age restrictions. I am 50 but not quite ready for shuffleboard to be the highlight of my day.

However, I do like the idea of a community atmosphere...Also, the pet restrictions usually say one small dog no bigger than 25 lbs..... right now I have 3 dogs, but by next year I will be down to 2 or even 1, but they are all over 25 lbs.

Was hoping someone knew of a place with less restrictions......

If you move to FL and want a clean, community trailer park you are most likely 55+, this is Florida afterall.
No offense, but most of the trailer parks in FL that are not age restricted are not very clean, especially for under 60K. I guess it depends on your definition of clean also.
If you do happen to find a decent one, most family communities will not allow dogs over 25lbs.

Hmmm....a friend of mine lives in one off of 41 & 63rd...I think...it's pretty clean & quiet. It's called Arbor Terrace. He said there's dogs there & no age restrictions.

Don`t let anybody keep you from moving to Bradenton. If you have money, bradenton is nice. If you don`t bradenton is ugly. Me my self live in a really high income neighborhood and i love it here.

I checked out the website for Arbor Terrace..thanks.

That is exactly the "type" of Mobile Home Community we are looking for.

Does anyone have any other names of places like that? Looking mostly in areas outside "the city" within 5-10 miles from the Gulf. Anything up in Dunedin?

Thanks for any input.....

MERRY CHRISTMAS FOLKS ! !

Default Need Mobile home park with no lb restriction on dogs in Florida

Have you found a sutable park in Florida that will accept dogs over 50lbs. We are looking for a park in the Tampa, Ellenton, Bradenton, Sarasota, Palmetto, etc. area. Any help would be appreciated. We are looking at Colony Cove in Ellenton but the lot fee is super high.

Please send information, would be greatly appreciated.
